Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear remains in its factory wrapping.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
